In the Bay of Mont Saint Michel, in Cherrueix, coastal town capital of sand yachting, cottage on the 1st floor in farmhouse (old Breton house) 50 meters from the sea, completely renovated natural and organic materials, very quiet, Equipped with a harmonizer (German process) for water and electricity. Water is therefore very good quality useless to buy bottles. Cot for baby on request.
Use of L. L. (bio laundry provided) and tumble dryer on request. € 3.00 in our laundry room. No breakfast but you have everything you need for coffee or tea and the bakery is 100m.

This suite includes a bed of 140 and a sofa BZ 140, super comfortable, very spacious, kitchenette, TV, fridge / freezer, microwave / combined, private bathroom with sauna; crossing North / South. If you are only 2 guests see the camber / living room, SdD, with annex fridge, microwave also very comfortable (bed 160).
Independent entrance. Baker / pastry chef (excellent) 100m, facing the church.
Possibility of Nordic walking sticks on km of beach from where you can see the Mont St Michel which is 25Km. If you are good walkers fishing in front of the house. You can also try sand yachting right in front.
For your groceries you have at 100m Baker / confectioner, supermarket and all trade at 10Km in the city of DOL (BIO markets on Saturday and covered on Tuesday late afternoon). In Le Bourg you have a restaurant / creperie on the beach (excellent) and a bar / tabac, as well as patties / sausages on the truck on Thursday evening. Many restaurants in the near surroundings; Mont-Dol, Hirel, Le Vivier. Seafood all along the road to the beach and mills.
Depending on the period you can attend the high tides, the largest in Europe, where the sea comes to lick the foot of the dike, superb spectacle especially at sunset. Impossible to describe all the charm of the Bay. Everyone to discover it.
The beautiful towns of St Malo, Dinard, Dinan and the beautiful Mt Saint Michel are all less than 30 minutes away. Rennes to 45 minutes.
Unlike other coastal villages CHERRUEIX is not crossed by a departmental, the road along the strike serves only local residents and ends in the polders. It is a sort of cul-de-sac village. Hence the calm even in high season. In addition the housing is equipped with double anti-noise windows so super quiet. See my description of Cherrueix on the homepage of Abritel.
