This traditional Breton cottage is situated in a tranquil rural location surrounded by fields. Just a short walk along a little used road brings you to the nearby river and forest where marked walking, cycling and riding trails can be joined.
Private enclosed south-west facing garden with terrace with built-in stone chimney barbecue. Outdoor dining table with 4 chairs and sunshade. 2 mesh reclining sun-loungers. Mature flowering shrubs, cherry, nut and oak trees edge the grounds. The sunsets and clear starry skies are wonderful. Off-road parking available opposite the property. Separate safe store room available for cycles, golf clubs, etc - please let us know in advance if this facility will be required.

About 4km to Plessala, our nearest small town with local shops, weekly market, bar-restaurant, creperie, supermarket, fishing lake with park and tennis courts. Plenty of other dining and shopping options available within 15 minute drive. Around 45 minutes drive to a selection of large inland lakes with watersports, the spectacular north coast beaches, international tournament standard golf courses, medieval market towns and historic chateaux.
The accommodation is all on one floor, but the front door is up 6 steps from the garden so this property is not suitable for guests wishing to avoid stairs. The owners live in the same small hamlet so are nearby to assist if required, but take care not to intrude.
