La Petite Longere is at one end of our character Breton long-house that combines restored original features with up-to-date facilities. Located in La Fontaine Rouillee, a peaceful rural hamlet with extensive views to the distant forest, just 4km from Plessala a vibrant and friendly small town.
Comfortably furnished and well equipped for self-catering rentals, our ground floor apartment is exclusively for adult couples. The dual aspect accommodation is entered through a traditional Breton arched doorway and provides a spacious dual aspect living area with far reaching rural views and a well equipped galley kitchen. The light & airy double bedroom has plenty of storage space and french doors, there is an adjacent shower room.
Wi-Fi, UK free-sat TV channels, a selection of books, games and dvds plus large scale local maps are provided. In addition to the wood burner, individually controlled panel radiators throughout keep the longere comfortable out of summer months. British guests do not need to bring plug adaptors as a multi-point UK socket adaptors are supplied.
Outside is the spacious rear terrace, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. This space is great for outdoor dining, there is a built-in stone BBQ and hardwood garden furniture. Or relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the peace. It's a perfect place to wind down and enjoy the stars in clear night skies or watch the birds, hares and deer that share this beautiful tranquil area.
