In the heart of the village of Saint-Lormel, we offer you this charming 240 m² house with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 11 guests. It features a 54 m² living room (with fireplace), open-plan kitchen, six bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 500 m² garden.
The dwelling is composed as follows :

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : high chair, cot washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Exterior :
- 500 m² enclosed garden not overlooked
- A secure 8x4m swimming pool. Open from May to September. Dates of opening non-contractual, subject to change by the residence.
- A large trampoline
- Garden table and 12 chairs to enjoy the warm weather
The house is ideally located in Saint-Lormel, in a very pleasant environment just 10 minutes from the beaches of Saint Cast and Saint Jacut. Just 30 minutes from Saint Malo and 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel. From the house, you can stroll along the Arguenon river and enjoy the tennis court, soccer pitch and village playground (100 m away).
All essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Shops in Plancoët 3 km away.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garden (3 cars).
Public parking at the church near the accommodation.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful :
- Nearest train station : Plancoët 5 min away, Lamballe, Saint Malo or Dinan 30 min away.
- Nearest airport : Rennes 1 hour away
Other remarks :
- Heating is done by a pellet boiler, you must refill the pellets that will be provided to you.
- The fireplace is functional in winter, but wood is not provided.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Reservations and payment must be made with the concierge at least 4 days before arrival. After this time, no linen can be reserved.
Bed linen, towels, tea towels and bath mats are provided for €25 per person.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
- Breakfast available at extra cost
- Sheets, towels and household linen are not provided. You have 3 options:
- Bring your own linen (don't forget to bring 4 bath mats)
- Have them delivered by specialized companies (Loclinge, for example) during your stay.
- Linen can be provided on request by the concierge service, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates given are for information only, subject to change by our partner: (58€ double bed, 33€ single bed, 4€ two tea towels, 4.50€ bath mat)
