It comprises an 80 m² living space with a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 5,000 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) available. Bed linen and towels not included, but available as an option.

The bedrooms are all on the first floor, accessible via two independent staircases. The first staircase leads to three bedrooms:

- Bathroom with shower and bath

- A south- and west-facing terrace, with furniture for enjoying fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Lormel, in very pleasant surroundings, only 10 minutes from the beaches of Saint Cast and Saint Jacut. Just 40 minutes from Saint Malo and 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel. You benefit from all the essential Plancoët shops 4 km away, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
