400 meters from the beaches, port, town-close and shops, its location will allow you to do all your activities on foot. Drop off your cars at the private parking lot, located inside the property, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the city center. Access to the house is through a secure and private entrance of more than 50 m, the house is far from the street which allows you to enjoy a really quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
Surrounded by a garden of more than 1000 m², you will find several atmospheres, on the left a garden for children with swing, on the right a large terrace with garden furniture, plancha, canopy bed, umbrella heating everything under beautiful olive trees.
You will understand, this house is a house where it's good to live and where you want to share good moments with family or friends.
