You will discover on the ground floor, a living room of approximately 35m² with vintage and tasteful decoration with a beautiful period fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen (Nespresso machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge, etc.), a bathroom bathroom with bathtub and old-fashioned sink and a separate toilet.
Upstairs the sleeping area, a mezzanine area with a TV consisting of a large double bedroom with a 160x200 bed and storage space as well as a second bedroom with 2 single beds for children or teenagers. You should know that to access the upper floor it is a miller's ladder with a slope steeper than a staircase.
Exterior: You can enjoy an open garden of approximately 500 m² equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue to enjoy the sunny days.
