On the ground floor, life is organised around the lounge with comfortable sofas and its large fireplace, the superb fully equipped kitchen where a large table can accommodate ten people.
A vast bedroom (1 bed in 160 modular into 2 single beds), a functional utility room and separate toilets complete this level.
Cherry on the cake for water sports enthusiasts, an ideal rack to spread wetsuits in the utility room, as well as a water point and external storage for surfing equipment, make your after-surf session easier.
On the 1st floor are three bedrooms:
- the first is equipped with a 160 bed modular into 2 single beds,
- the second includes 4 single beds (including 2 bunk beds)
- the third is a master suite with a 160 bed and private bathroom with Italian shower.
On this floor are also a bathroom (shower and bathtub), a separate WC and a vast dressing room.
On the entire 2nd floor, the converted attic serves as an exceptional cocoon room, equipped with a very thick carpet and two velux-balconies from which you can observe surf spots. It is ideal for isolating oneself, resting, reading, relaxing...
The house is surrounded by a landscaped private enclosed garden of 350m² which allows children to play safely.
