The Knox is a new build single story, 'L' shaped private dwelling with 2 banks of 'bi-fold' doors overlooking a large pond in a secluded sunny courtyard. The cottage is furnished to a high standard and fully equipped with most items. There is a secluded sunny courtyard area with a BBQ area and outside furniture. Parking is available for up to 2 cars.
Suitable for four adults, however unfortunately not suitable for people with mobility issues / wheelchairs due to uneven levels. Children under the age of eight are not allowed but babe in arms are.
The Knox is located close to hundreds of acres of mature woods for walkers and nature lovers and is only a 5 minute drive to Snape and Orford.
