Located on the edge of a small Hamlet, 1 kilometer from the village and only 10 kilometers from the historic medieval town of Josselin and 6 kilometers from ‹Lac du Duc› the lake (with its many water activities and the man-made beach). Very rural and yet within 1 hour from the seaside resorts of northern and western Brittany (such as St Malo / Mont St Michel, Lorient, the Gulf of Morbihan, Vannes / Carnac). Parties must not exceed 19 persons. Music and noise must be turned down by 10 pm for the respect of neighbours. Breach of the latter will result in gendarmes being called out .
