The raised ground floor (12 steps) comprises a living room with a lounge area, dining area, and kitchenette, equipped with Wi-Fi and reversible air conditioning. There is a bathroom and a small shower room. A step leads to a hallway with four bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm). A separate WC is also provided. Electric heating is installed. The 400 m² garden is unfenced and includes a terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, a swing, and a sandbox. A fan is also provided.
The washing machine is located in a small outdoor shed at the bottom of the steps. Baby equipment is available: a cot and a high chair. On-site parking is provided.
