We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Plumieux, in the heart of Bretagne, this charming house of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 400 m² and a terrace. We are waiting for you!
The housing is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa and armchair.
- A kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Senseo coffee maker... and dining area.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×200).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×200).
Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 400 m², cottage for storage (bikes, barbecue, chairs...).
- A terrace of about 18 m², exposed West with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The house is ideally located in Plumieux, in a very pleasant environment within a quiet and welcoming village. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Tourist sites : Montcourt (pretty little medieval town), Loudéac, many towns of character along the Breton coast.
- Sporting activities : walk in the forest of Paimpont (enter the heart of a legendary forest) or around the lake of Guerlédan. Boat, kayak, canoeing on the Nantes-Brest canal or cycling on the banks of the canal...
- Gastronomic heritage : the Breton far, the chouchen, the andouille of Guémené, Breton pancakes and galettes.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house (no big cars).
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Brieuc station located at about 55 minutes by car or Rennes located at about 1h10 by car.
- Nearest airport: Saint-Brieuc located about 1 hour by car or Rennes located about 1 hour 06 by car.
Other remarks:
- The fireplace is not allowed for tenants.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Parties and nightly disturbances are not allowed.
- A car is required for cultural outings and other needs.
- Cleaning is included for a stay of 7 nights.
For more than 7 nights, an additional cleaning will be charged weekly: 55 euros / week.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- Stay of more than one month: deposit of 800 euros required before arrival
