Riviera, near the Port du Crouesty in Arzon, located less than a kilometer from the beach, is a T3 apartment decorated with care, very bright, in a residence with a shared pool of 10x5m that can comfortably accommodate 4 people. You have access to the port on foot and to all the shops. You can leave your car on the parking of the residence.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 25 m² with TV, Wifi
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Two bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

- A swimming pool (open from 1/05 to 09/09, heated) shared in the residence

Access to the accommodation is available from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a secure Keycafe locker located at the rear of the Cocoonr Presqu’île de Rhuys agency, approximately 20 minutes from the accommodation.
