Located between MORLAIX and ROSCOFF, the house will be an excellent base for beautiful walks in the Leonard country.
You will reach the beaches of Carantec in a few minutes while enjoying the peace of the countryside. Our region will offer you both fresh products from the land and the sea.
Gastronomy lovers will be able to tickle their taste buds in the great starred restaurants of the region such as Patrick Jeffroy in Carantec, the Auberge de la Pomme d'Api in Saint Pol de Léon, Le Brittany in Roscoff. The list is not exhaustive, we will give you other addresses.
Our location is central for visiting the island of Batz and its exotic garden created by Georges Delasselle, the Monts d'Arrees, the Pink Granite coasts as well as the Iroise Sea islands (Ouessant and Molène) and of course Carantec , Saint Pol de Léon, Roscoff and Santec.

The cottage is composed on the ground floor of a bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double sink. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room. The living room also has a wood stove that will enhance your evenings.
You will also find on the ground floor a WC with washbasin and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
You will reach the first floor by a staircase where you will find two other bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed and the other equipped with 2 single beds. The upper floor also has a bathroom and a toilet.
The house offers an enclosed garden of approximately 200 m² with lawn and terrace on which you can enjoy the garden furniture and the barbecue.
We can, if you wish, offer you the rental of bed linen at the rate of 10 euros as well as hand towels at the rate of 7 euros per person.
Our prices include the cleaning package on departure, however we ask you to respect the maximum schedule of 10 hours to vacate the house.
In the middle and middle season, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday.
