Mow Creek Cottage has an amazing coastal location with lovely roof top views across the harbour and marshes to the sea from two of the bedrooms. This is a wonderful sociable family home with a light and bright sitting area with log burning stove and doors out to the patio terrace. A mezzanine area with a fully fitted kitchen and dining area overlooks the sitting area making this open space superb for spending time with all the family. There is a large patio terrace with furniture to sit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets - simply perfect for dining al fresco. Another highlight is the off-street parking for up to two cars. This is a great property for all year round stays with direct access to the coastal path for walks, the beach or a spot of bird watching.

Outside
At the back of the cottage is a large terrace with table and chairs and a charcoal barbecue. The garden gate leads out via private shared access out to the salt marshes and the coastal path (not for public use).
Walking to the right from here will take you less than 5 minutes to the Sailing Club and the Staithe where the boats can be launched. Walking left along the coastal path will take you through the marshes to Brancaster beach.
To the front of the property there is private parking for up to two cars.
