A fold-out sofa is in the bright and spacious reception room set with a work space and with a separate dining area. A fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances is fit for major meal preparations. It also has an integrated washing machine and a dryer. The bathroom is set with a bath & shower.
You have a full use of the apartment with all its amenities and the kitchen.
