Enjoy the two magnificent coastal paths for running or explore the harbor by paddle or kite from the house. Nearby, you will find the Kerguelen nautical base, the Kernevel and Lorient marinas, as well as the Ploemeur Golf Course. Lovers of good food will be delighted by the multitude of restaurants nearby, offering seafood and local specialties.
Villa Albane can accommodate up to 12 people in a space of 180 m².
Benefiting from an ideal East/West exposure, the villa will allow you to enjoy your breakfast on a sunny terrace. Its crossing layout guarantees abundant natural light throughout your stay.
You will also appreciate its private garden, with terrace and outdoor furniture, a true haven of peace without vis-à-vis and in a calm environment.

On the ground floor:

On the 1st floor:
