You can have lunch or dinner on a large shaded terrace. The property includes a luxurious pool, built in 2018 and several activities and relaxation areas.
The south terrace of 40 m2 in teak is protected from the sun by a pergola. You will enjoy a 180 degree panorama on the Luberon hills.
On the other side of the house, a second terrace offers a view of olive trees and a pine forest.
Five bedrooms have a queen size bed (width 1m60), wardrobes and storage space. One bedroom is equipped with two single beds width 90 cm. The house has air conditioning, but it still has cool nights.
The pool area of more than 400 m2 is fenced. The pool of 5 by 14 meters is equipped with an electric roller shutter, a last generation filter type, and two access stairs. The pool is heated. It is opened from May 15 to September 28. The room is buried, invisible and silent. The maintenance is provided by a professional once a week. Around the pool, there is a large beach in teak, a pergola with outdoor lounge, a shower and 10 sun loungers.
An area is equipped for petanque and table tennis. The ping-pong table is new, the petanque balls at your disposal.
