The flat is ideally located in Saint-Servan, close to amenities. There are 2 mini-markets open 7 days a week less than 1 kilometer away on foot (at Les Bas Sablons and near Saint-Croix church) and a Carrefour Market 200 metres away in Rue Ville Pépin.
Activities:
You can enjoy the Saint-Servan market 200m away on Tuesdays and Fridays, with halls where you can find fresh fish. There is a small oyster market every Sunday in Place Bouvet (Place du Théâtre). Saint-Servan is famous for its main shopping street, the Tour Solidor and the Cité d'Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo.
Sheltered from the wind and bathed in sunshine, the beaches and charming coves of Saint-Servan are ideal for families. On the Bas-Sablons beach, just below the Place du Théâtre, you can enjoy lunch or a drink at the "Bac'O Sablons" while your children play on the sand below. The best crêpes are to be had at the Solidor crêperie, and a drink on the sunniest terrace in Saint-Malo at the Cancalais, where you can admire the most beautiful sunsets!
