The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofas, dining area, a working fireplace from October to March/April (first basket of logs offered) and a 16 m² veranda with table and chairs.
- Separate dining room
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Shower room with WC

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190) and an umbrella bed
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (sleeps 3) with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190), plus a sofa bed for 2 people.
- Separate WC

2ᵉ floor:
- Bedroom dependent on bedroom 2 with a double bed (140x190): access is via the staircase in bedroom 2.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: charcoal barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 900 m² fenced garden with trees and no overlooked neighbours.
- A terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Lantic, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- The fireplace is operational from October to March/April. A firewood basket (5 logs) is provided on arrival and on request for the rest of the stay.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
