Independent and completely renovated stone house, offering a beautiful wooden terrace of 25 m² facing South West and having a garden-lawn area of at least 2500 m² with hedges, groves, water sources, old outbuilding with a tiled roof (empty). Private parking on gravel next to the terrace. Owner's house 20 m further. Daring and successful renovation for this former Breton farm stable which deserved to come back to life on the hillsides of the Hyères crossing further on the town of Callac. René put a lot of himself into the final realization of this very pretty house which will continue to be embellished on its surroundings (exterior finishes in progress). In this land of springs and streams, chickens, wild animals and flowers occupy the premises. Calm and tranquility are assured in this rural bocage in central Brittany where there is no shortage of rivers full of fish, such as the Hyères 1 km away.
