The property is situated on 10 acre riverside le Lié, and located in the village of Plouguenast. Plouguenast is a small village with all comodities accessible on foot (5-10min) : bakery, bucher, bank, small supermarket, pharmacy.
This is the ideal place to explore both the coastal area and inland beauty of Brittany.
35 minutes from the nearest coast and main town of St Brieuc.
St Malo, Le Mont-St Michel and the airports at Dinard and Rennes within an hour / one hour and a half away.
The estate is situated in a valley of outstanding natural beauty. Each cottage also has it’s own patio, most overlooking the river which is ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring or sightseeing.
The complex consists of parkland and forest areas with a large heated swimming pool which can be covered in bad weather, a games room with table tennis tables, pool and darts, football pitch, badminton and volleyball, bikes and kayaks are also available free of charge.
All bedlinen is supplied for more than 2 nights but not icluded for 1 ou 2 nights. You need to bring you own towels.
