The residence is located in Ile-aux-Moines, near the sea, the village and the main shops.

Ile-aux-Moines is easily accessible from the mainland (Port-Blanc in BADEN) in 5 minutes by boat (crossings every 1/2 hour). You can park your car on a large free car park at your disposal in Port-Blanc for the duration of your stay. Ile-aux-Moines can also be reached by train to Vannes station, then by bus (line 23) to the Port-Blanc pier.
At the pier of Ile-aux-Moines, a taxi can then take you to the residence in a few minutes. On the island, you can rent bicycles to discover the island (several bike rental companies) or take the coastal paths on foot.

The residence has an elevator that serves the apartment on the 1st floor in a wing with only 4 units per level.
The apartment has been completely refurnished and renovated and has new quality bedding (1 bed 140 X 190 and 1 sofa bed BZ 140 x 190).
