Our home is fully renovated, beautifully decorated, fitted in all new equipment rooms (kitchen, appliances, furniture, tv-tnt, bedding, bathrooms ..), quality and functional. it has a modern comfort with a powerful wood burning stove, double glazing, electric shutters, vmc ... it is very sunny, facing south, fenced garden of 650 m2 without opposite, with 2 terraces East and South, with parking for 3 cars, BBQ, play area and green area. The village center and several beaches are within 5 minutes walk.
It comprises the ground floor of a large room of 45 m2 multifunction (kitchen-dining room-living room) with back kitchen and toilet, upstairs 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. It is thus ideal for 6 people. A small mezzanine has 2 additional occasional beds. All rooms have one or more openings south. We rent it by the week for a very democratic base rate.
