The Space:
Recently renovated, Saltburn Edge is home to tasteful decor throughout. Upon entering the property, you’ll be welcomed into the cosy living and dining room. With modern furnishings including a comfy grey corner sofa, plush pink cushions and soft throws, this is a relaxing space to retreat to after exploring the local area. Kick back in front of the flat-screen Smart TV or enjoy a hearty meal with your fellow guests.
Head through to the kitchen and you’ll find a modern space with all the appliances you would expect from a self-catering property. You’ll have everything you need to cook up a treat including an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, and kettle.
Also on the ground floor is the bright family bathroom. Complete with a bathtub, handheld shower, wash basin and WC, the space is bright, simple space fitted with everything needed for guest convenience.
Head up to the first floor and you’ll find Saltburn Edge’s three bedrooms. With neutral tones, the master bedroom is made up with a cosy, plush double bed that also boasts a velvet headboard and crisp white bedding. Complete with storage space and a dressing table, the room is ideal for getting ready for the day ahead and enjoying a blissful night’s sleep.
On to the second bedroom and you’ll find a space that is perfectly suited for children and teenagers thanks to the white wooden bunk beds and the selection of toys that you can freely use.
The third and final bedroom at Saltburn Edge is home to a comfy double bed, with the sage green bed throw complimenting the neutral decor in the space.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Saltburn Edge is located in Brotton, North Yorkshire, just a stone’s throw from the Cleveland Way National Trail and the stunning coastline.
The Victorian Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea is just two miles from the property. Here you’ll find a long stretching beach and a charming town centre with local pubs, restaurants and cafes. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance.
Getting Around:
Saltburn Edge is within 35 minutes’ drive time of Saltburn, Staithes, Sandsend, Whitby and Middlesbrough. It is also within walking distance of the Cleveland Way National Trail so you can explore lots of the coastline on foot easily.
There are train routes to Redcar, Middlesbrough and Darlington with connecting trains to Newcastle, York, Leeds, Manchester and London.
