Large hydrangea bushes welcome holidaymakers in the front garden - you have a private parking space behind the large entrance gate. From the sea side, the villa shows its best mansion side - of course with the typical 3 dormer windows that you like on the houses here in Finistère. In front of it is a large stone terrace and your 1500 m² garden - with a direct view of the sea and the harbor and the entire Bay of Portsall - fantastic. And due to the slightly elevated position of the property, no one can observe the property or you. Actually, you have this great view of the sea and the bay from everywhere in the house, from all bedrooms, the living room and even from the SPA area. TThe mansion will promise you large volumes in a country house style, with a play of modernity and Tradition of the house - everything has been renovated, the kitchen is new and luxurious, all bathrooms are of very high quality and very modern. A SPA area with its own shower and large sauna was created. You have 3 rooms available with one being the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom; Shower; Bathtub; own toilet has the largest volume. E. Dogs are very welcome and the garden is completely fenced. The showpiece of the manor house is the man-high old castle fireplace made of granite. So in summer the guest romps around on the large granite terrace and enjoys the great view of the sea and in autumn you can enjoy the warming fireplace in the cozy living area.
