Positive: Location is great in Ile Verte. Beautiful mountain views. The shower is amazing! And there's lots of nice storage. Overall, the unit is very comfortable.

Negative: I followed the instructions, but couldn't figure out how to open the door to access the keys. When I asked for help, the person who replied made me feel like an idiot - was not very kind. I hardly speak french, so the french message on the phone number that you have to call to access the building initially to get the keys was impossible for me to understand. I had to ask a passerby for help. Embarrassing. The kitchen needs 2-3X more dishes. The ones provided were pretty inadequate. And the pots/pans were in really poor condition and felt like I was making my family sick from using them. The golden stools are a joke - an adult cannot sit at the peninsula for a meal.

Summary: Beautiful but kitchen needs a little help
