Located in the old port of Dinan, this beautiful stone built house is the perfect holiday home. The gite is rich in history as it was originally the priory of the abbey which once graced the port of Dinan. It even has a “Cave” (ancient cellar) below which is believed to be over 1000 years old. Today, the property has been renovated to the very latest standard, providing everything you need for first class accommodation whilst retaining its character and charm. There are four large bedrooms (3 doubles and one twin) and the property is fully equipped to accommodate up to eight people. The gite is located just a few metres from the River Rance and within a short walking distance to a fine selection of restaurants, bars and shops. This is a great base from which to explore the medieval walled city and surrounding Brittany countryside. The house has high speed internet access. There is onsite parking for up to 4 cars in the front walled garden and a sunny private patio area at the back equipped with a gas BBQ, table and chairs, perfect for lunch or evening meals.
