This beautiful house of 100 years has been restored and fully modernized in 2009. The house is furnished very comfortably with good taste and is situated on a hillside in a beautiful old park with stunning views over the the Bay of Aber and the city of Morgat.
On the ground floor of the house: spacious, luminous living room with a massive fireplace and a comfortable sofa set, TV and dining room with its beautiful cedar table for 12 people. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. One bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate additional toilet.
Upstairs: 2 more bedrooms with a double bed and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom with tub and toilet. The other three bedrooms each have integrated shower rooms. A second toilet. In the basement there is a sauna, billiard and table football.
