It is located 100 meters from the beach and the GR34, is independent, has a terrace, a private enclosed garden and a sea view. 2 parking spaces. The market town of Conquet and the shops are 15 minutes away on foot or 3 minutes by car.

Facing south-west, it enjoys an ideal location near Bilou beach and the GR 34 for walks along the coast.
