A laundry area adjoins the kitchen. Outside, you can enjoy an enclosed 1800m² plot with its terrace (garden furniture, deckchairs, awning, barbecue) and its old secure washhouse (no fishing or swimming). Parking on the property. Accommodation in the city with the sounds of the countryside: chickens and roosters on the neighboring land. Close to the town's middle school. Sheets provided. Firewood provided.
