Charming cottage with beautiful Italian garden in a quiet green surrounding offering sun as well as shadow. The cottage is idyllically situated between two brooks and two minutes walking distance from the well known medieval village of Chatillon and Diois. All other commodities are within two to three minutes walking distance: bakery, supermarket, ATM, post office, restaurants, tennis, communal open air swimming pool (paid). The swimming pool in the photo is at our other house Domaine la Pique at 1.5 km from Les Capucines. All guests from Les Capucines have free access to this pool.
Nice small and longer hikes can be made along the river Bez in the surrounding mountains of the Vercors. Chatillon is an excellent place for a relaxing holiday offering plenty of sporting activities such as hiking, biking, speleo, canoa, kayak, tennis, canyoning, fishing, paragliding combined with small typically French pleasures like delicious fresh croissants from the local bakery, weekly provencal rural markets and wine tasting at the local caves.
The cottage disposes on the ground floor of a nice living room with a modern and fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV and WiFi; hall with separate toilet and washing stand; a shed with washing machine and storage.
