Prices :
Mid season: June and September: 330 € / week, (-10% the 2nd week, 15% the 3rd week (4 people max) charges included
High season: July - August: 360 € / week, (-10% the 2nd week, 15% the 3rd week (4 people max) charges included
Low season: October to May: € 310 (+ € 50 heating costs / week (if necessary))
weekend: 100 € (2 pers max. + 10 € / pers / day) except summer
Night: 60 € per night (2 nights mini 2 people max + 10 € / pers / Day) except summer
During school periods, the applicable rate is that of June and September
Local tourist tax: 0.55 € / person / day (free for children under 18)
Cleaning carried out by you, otherwise provide € 40 extra.
Amount of the deposit: € 200
A deposit representing 30% of the rental amount will be paid upon receipt of the contract. The deposit is considered as an advance on the rental price. The balance will be paid at the entrance to the premises when the keys are handed over.
