This townhouse is located in a quiet alley below St Servan. Rated 3 stars, it's ideal for a stay with family or friends. As you enter the house, you come straight into the living area, comprising a lounge/dining room and a brand-new, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, traditional and Nespresso coffee makers...). A door opens onto a private terrace with garden furniture and a garden shed.
On the 1st floor, a large double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
2nd floor: 3 bedrooms. 2 on the mezzanine, one with a double bed, the other with a single bed, and in the 3rd bedroom 2 trundle beds that can make a 180cm double bed or 2 single beds. On this floor there's a bathroom with WC.
A private, secure parking space is available during your stay (city car only), just a few steps from the house. Free parking is available in the surrounding streets and parking lots. Intra-Muros, the historic center, can be reached in 20 minutes on foot down the St Servan shopping street or via the quays.
There's a market on the Place de St Servan 200m away on Tuesdays and Fridays, where you'll find fresh fish. A small oyster market is open every Sunday on Place Bouvet (Place du Théâtre). 2 mini-markets are open 7 days a week less than 1 kilometer away on foot (at Les Bas Sablons and near Ste Croix church) and a Carrefour Market 200 meters away in Rue Ville Pépin.
St Servan is famous for its large shopping street, the Tour Solidor and the Cité d'Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo.
Beaches and walks :
Protected from the wind and bathed in sunshine, Saint-Servan's beaches and charming coves are ideal for families. On the Bas-Sablons beach, just below the Place du Théâtre, you can enjoy lunch or a drink at the "Bac'O Sablons" while your children play on the sand below.
The best crêpes are served at the Solidor crêperie, and you can enjoy a drink on Saint-Malo's sunniest terrace at the Cancalais, where you can admire the most beautiful sunsets! And there's plenty more to discover, just ask us.
Just a stone's throw from the apartment, we also recommend the Corniche d'Aleth walk with its Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of its neo-Romanesque cathedral.

Several bus lines serve Saint-Servan: line 1 (Intra-Muros/la gare/centre commercial de La Madeleine), line 6 (Intra-Muros/ Quelmer et ses balades des bords de Rance), and line 4 (Rothéneuf/Château-Malo) take you to other seaside districts such as Plage du Sillon, Paramé and Courtoiville.
