This fully-renovated fisherman's cottage is ideally located just a 3-minute walk from the batobus to Lorient/Groix, with several kilometers of coastal paths nearby, shops 5 minutes away and a seaside playground (basketball, soccer, boules, rocking horse, swing).
Set in 84 m² of living space, with an 18 m² sunny terrace, garden furniture and barbecue, this pretty house can accommodate 4 to 6 people. It features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, 2 bedrooms: 2 140x190 bunk beds and a spacious, light-filled 180x200 bunk bed on the mezzanine floor under the mansard, and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
