In southern Brittany, come and stay by the sea in the small seaside resort of Etel, a former fishing port which has retained its soul. Etel is nestled at the entrance to the "Ria" and offers sumptuous seascapes with its coastal coves and small lagoons. The cottage is ideally located 800 m from the port and the shops, restaurants and bars. At 600 m, a beach will allow you to enjoy the pleasures of the sea as well as a seawater pool for the little ones. To discover the Ria d'Etel and its panoramas, you can board a cruise ship at the port. Not to be missed: the islet of Saint Cado, one of the jewels of the region to explore on foot. Erdeven beaches are 10 minutes away
As soon as you walk through the door, you will appreciate the bright living room hosting the fully equipped kitchen, the living room and the living room opening onto the wooden terrace. You will have two bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90) and a bathroom with toilet. The garage has been converted into a laundry room and will allow you to store your belongings (bicycles, beach equipment, etc.).
Outside, children can play safely in the enclosed grounds. Car parking is provided in front of the gîte (2 private spaces). The rental is adjoining a house. For the deposit, 2 checks will be requested: 1 of 450€ for the gîte and 1 of 70€ of cleaning deposit.
