The cottage is located in the countryside and 10 minutes from Auray and its port St Goustan. A few kilometers away the beaches of St Philibert await you as well as La Trinité Sur Mer with its port, its boats and its world famous regattas.
This spacious vacation rental is composed of:
- On the ground floor: a living room with living room and lounge opening onto the fitted kitchen (accessible via 2 steps), a toilet with washbasin and a laundry room.
- Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90) and a bathroom with toilet.
Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace, an enclosed garden (shared with the adjoining gite 4669), and a large shared unenclosed garden as well.
You can park your vehicle in front of the cottage. For the deposit by check, provide 1 check of 500 € for the cottage and 1 of 60 € cleaning deposit.
