This accommodation is ideally located in a quiet residential area, 500 metres from the shops, 1.2 kilometres from the train station, 1.7 kilometres from the large Sillon beach and 2.8 kilometres from Intra-muros, the historic centre of the corsair city of Saint-Malo. Take the opportunity to discover the other treasures of the Emerald Coast: Dinard and its Belle Époque villas 11.5 kilometres away, Cancale and its oyster beds 13 kilometres away or Mont Saint-Michel and its bay 53 kilometres away.
This detached house is on one level. It is composed as follows:
