In the middle of its hectare of land, upon arriving at the estate you will be charmed by the pond and the small boat waiting for you on the bank, you will also not miss the amusing little gypsy caravan in the garden, a little corner of tranquility where you can relax during the long summer days. An elegant garden furniture is at your disposal, for your aperitifs or simply to enjoy sunbathing. Not far from there you will discover an old traditional bread oven, which you can use as you wish. On the other side of the house, you will find a spacious terrace in warm colors with a relaxation area again, and a large table to share your small dishes.

- On the ground floor: a fitted kitchen, a large living room/lounge, a laundry room and a shower room with toilet.

You will find in the outbuilding away from the house, a little corner of paradise: a 70 m² space dedicated solely to your relaxation and well-being with shower and toilet. You can enjoy a hammam, a spa and comfortable sofas where you can relax all day long. A private and heated swimming pool of 9mX4m is available from May to September.
