On the ground floor: Equipped kitchen open to the dining room, living room with 1 pull-out bed (* set made up of 2 real 90 cm beds), 1; Separate toilets and a laundry room. Upstairs: 2 adjoining bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and a wardrobe, the other bedroom with pull-out bed * and a wardrobe, bathroom with bath and basin. Complete baby equipment. WiFi internet access.

Adjoining the cottage, a former carpentry workshop, keeping some traces of its past, it has become a large space made exclusively available to you with games and manual activities for young and old. the 170 m2 garden is enclosed with an arbor, garden table and armchairs, sun loungers / deckchairs, barbecue and a space for parking a car.
The cottage has 2 entrances, one towards the center of the village of Ancy le Franc placing its shops within 5 minutes, the other which is also the main access (car) leads to the countryside, 150 m path offers a ride on the heights overlooking the village and the valley.
