Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90, the second with 1 bed 140, and the last with 3 beds 90 including 1 bunk bed and 1 bed 80 (possibility of transform the 80 bed into a 160 bed), then a separate toilet and a bathroom.
