The cottage, located 2 km from the city center will offer you the space you are looking for to recharge your batteries with your family! Let yourself be tempted by the Ile de Bréhat, a true pearl of beauty in the bay. You can also enjoy the heated indoor swimming pool, located 20 m from the cottage, to have fun with family or friends.
Holiday rental on a property where there are 2 other gîtes and the owners' house. In summer the cottage is rented from Friday to Friday.
On the ground floor :
a living room with pellet stove, an independent kitchen, a laundry room and a WC.
On the 1st floor:
to the left of the stairs a bedroom (160cm bed) with its bathroom with WC. A second bedroom (160cm bed) with integrated bathroom with WC.
On the 2nd floor:
A bedroom (2 80x200 cm beds), which communicates with another bedroom (140cm bed), a bathroom with WC on the upstairs landing and a last bedroom (140cm bed) with its bathroom .
Outside, two private terraces (one facing the house, another accessible from the kitchen) and a garden shared with the other rentals.
Parking spaces provided for your vehicle.
Heated indoor swimming pool (shared with the other cottages). Accessible from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day. The swimming pool is closed in January and February.
