A very pleasant architect-designed house on the waterfront, with direct access to the sea ("les pieds dans l'eau"), featuring a double south-facing terrace. 180º panoramic sea view (facing the islands of Houat, Hoëdic, Belle-Île, Quiberon). The house is located less than 100m from Port-Maria beach (access via the customs path or by road).
Upper wooden terrace, on the waterfront with a 180-degree view, equipped with a large garden lounge set and an extendable dining table for 6/8 people. Lower terrace in premium quality artificial turf with 4 sun loungers, a rigid outdoor spa/jacuzzi with 7 seats and heated to 36 degrees, a small table for coffee or breakfast, a large Weber gas barbecue with grill and griddle ("plancha").
The villa also features a 400m² enclosed south-facing garden equipped with children's games (large trampoline, ping-pong table, pétanque balls, Mölkky Finnish skittles, giant Mikado).
You have a private gate for direct access to the famous GR34 coastal path. Just below the house, you will find small sandy coves and large seawater pools ("trous d'eau de mer") popular with shore fishing enthusiasts at low tide.
Access to the house is via a low-traffic 'dead-end' street, making it very quiet. The villa is located in a classified NA (Natural Area) Natura2000 zone, so there is very little surrounding neighbourhood (only 4 houses nearby).
The house has been renovated and decorated with simplicity and refinement. It offers a large living room/dining room with 4 large sea-facing bay windows, a kitchen with a sea view, 4 bedrooms (2 of which are interconnecting and accessible via a miller's ladder), a reading or rest area with a large mattress, 2 shower rooms, and 2 separate toilets.
55" LG Oled TV, unlimited Fibre Internet, Google Chromecast available on both TVs (living room and bedroom 1), Nintendo Wii. Fully equipped sea-view kitchen (Siemens pyrolysis oven, Siemens dishwasher, Neff 3-burner hob, Liebherr fridge-freezer, extractor hood, Nespresso pod machine, Philips AirFryer, Philips food processor, etc.). One of the shower rooms is equipped with a Bosch washing machine and a Miele heat pump tumble dryer.
The town centre is less than 400m on foot, with many shops, bars, restaurants, and a large market renowned in the region every Sunday morning. The sublime Kervers golf course (between land and sea) is only a 10-minute drive away. The famous Crouesty marina is a 15-minute drive away. The Port-Navalo pier in Arzon offers many ferry crossings in the Gulf of Morbihan, or to the islands of Houat, Hoëdic, Belle-Île. Vannes train station (SNCF) is 30 minutes away.
For your comfort, beds will be made upon your arrival. For hygiene reasons, and so you can travel 'light', bed linen, towels, beach foutas, and kitchen towels are automatically included for an additional €15 per occupant. Also, the end-of-stay deep cleaning service is mandatory: you just need to leave the house tidy and clean (bins and glass must be emptied before your departure).
