On the ground floor (disabled access): a large living room (TV connected sound bar-fiber-Netflix) with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160 bed, a separate toilet with hand basin, a bathroom water with large walk-in shower and a laundry room. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with two 90 cm beds (can be combined into a 180 cm bed), two 90 cm beds and a 160 cm bed, a bathroom with spa bath and shower and a separate toilet. Outside enjoy a large landscaped green space on a plot of 6000 m² (shaded and facing south, which can accommodate horses) with a terrace, a heated covered swimming pool (10mx5m) open from the beginning of April to the end of September, a splendid view of the valley, with the spa open all year round and a second north-west facing terrace. Large garage available (table tennis, darts, basketball, petanque...). For the reception of animals, contact the owners. Parking possible at the back of the house.
