From the garden you have direct access to the dune and the Plage du Pouldu, 100 metres away, all in fine white sand, where you can swim or go fishing on foot (from the beach you have a beautiful panorama of the Ile de Batz, accessible by boat from Roscoff).
The house is located 4 kilometres from the port of Roscoff, a charming town full of character. Here you will find all the entertainment of a small seaside resort, bars, restaurants and a casino.
Our house is classified 4 stars (classification of the offices of tourism of France).
Don't miss the Château du Taureau, the Cathedral and the Kreisker chapel in Saint Pol de Leon, the Pointe Saint Mathieu abbey in Le Conquet and the Monts d'Arré!

Our completely renovated house is designed for our comfort and yours! We've also designed it to be as ergonomic as possible for both adults and children. On the ground floor, the main room is the living room, where it's very pleasant to take your time, reading a book on the sofa or watching the fire! An adjoining room, separate from the living room, where you can relax and read a book on the sofa, which can be converted into a bed. This room also has an office for teleworkers! Upstairs: we have 3 bedrooms, the 1st 15m² with a view of the dune and the fields, the second with a view of the fields, the 3rd is children's territory! a bunk bed with 3 beds and a junior bed, all very well soundproofed. a bathroom with a view of the dune and a separate toilet. For your convenience, there are 2 garden tables on either side of the house, garden furniture, a barbecue, sun loungers and bicycles (4).we are also committed to an ecological approach, so we have installed a tap water filtration system so you don't have to buy bottled water!
We also use environmentally-friendly products for washing linen.
Access to the property is via an electric gate operated by remote control, and we have enclosed the garden completely for your peace of mind and that of the children. To the rear is the dune, opposite market gardening, and on one side a football training ground (no activity in summer). So you can enjoy a relaxing stay, lulled by the sound of the waves and birds!
Our house is an old house (renovated) of Johnnies dating from the beginning of the 20th century, who were these johnnies and what did they do? We'll tell you all about it when you arrive. If you have any special requests, please don't hesitate to ask!
We are happy to accept pets, however we do not allow dogs upstairs, thank you for your understanding.
We subscribe to German TV!
The beach is 100 m away by the dune Roscoff 3km (port, pier for the island of Batz), Thalassotherapy, restaurants café, all shops). Santec 2 km (grocery store, bakery, butcher's shop). Saint Pol de Léon 8 km, its cathedral, the bell tower of Kreisker, its Tuesday market! The fishing village of Meneham is 30 minutes away. The Virgin Island lighthouse (worth a visit) Plouguerneau 35 minutes away, the Aber Wrach and the village of Landéda (port and arts and crafts) with its abbey. Le Conquet with its lighthouse, port and the Pointe Saint Mathieu abbey (the end of the earth). The Monts d'Arrée (1 hour), Saint Michel de Brasparts (a piece of Ireland in Finistère!), the Château du Taureau and the town of Morlaix.
