For your next vacation, head for the Pays de Lorient in southern Brittany. Kervignac is ideally located for visiting the must-see sites. Within a radius of 15 km, you will discover Lorient with its 5 ports, its museums and its Interceltic festival, as well as Hennebont with its national stud farm and its festive events. The Ria d'Etel will reveal its islands and islets (including that of St Cado). Nature lovers and hikers will criss-cross the Blavet towpath in peace. If you have children, there are plenty of ideas for outings and walks to have fun with them! The cottage is a charming typical Breton farmhouse located in the peace of a small hamlet and benefiting from a private swimming pool.

This holiday home offers you:
- On the ground floor: a large living room with lounge, living room and kitchen, a laundry room and a toilet.
- On the 1st floor: two bedrooms with 140 cm bed, one of which has a private bathroom, a television area on the landing and a shower room with wc.
Outside: an enclosed garden, a covered terrace and a swimming pool (5x9m), unheated, under a covered shelter to maintain a temperature of around 28°C.
Private parking next to the cottage. This vacation rental is the main house of the owner who occupies a caravan during the rental period on part of the land (opposite limited by screens). The gite's terrace is located on the gable end of the house (not overlooked). The rental of towels includes pool towels.
