In Cancale, we offer you this charming 120 m² house with jacuzzi and sea view, 500 m walk from the Verger beach and hiking trail (GR34), with jacuzzi and wifi (fiber optics), which can accommodate up to 9 travelers.
It features an attractive 43 m² living room opening onto a beautiful terrace, fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 550 m² enclosed garden.
Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 43 m² living room with TV and terrace access
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine with integrated grinder.
- Four bedrooms, one with 3 single beds that can be converted into 1 double bed, 2 queen-size beds (160×200) and 2 bunk beds + a real cot and changing table.
- Two bathrooms with shower
- Two separate WCs
For even greater comfort, you'll find the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, real cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Cancale, in a very pleasant environment. Just 500m from the magnificent Verger beach and the GR34 hiking trail. Between commerce and the wild coast. A 5-minute drive will take you to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market in the town of Cancale (Sunday mornings) and the Port de la Houle, famous for its oysters, less than 10 minutes away by car.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage or in the house's private parking lot. Parking is available for 4 cars.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo 16 km away
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit, 30 km
- Seasonal buses 100 m away, at the end of the street as you cross, take you to the beaches along the coast as far as Saint-Malo.
