Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Villa La Magnifique is a beautiful 8-bedroom villa in Cannes. The villa is located in the residential area of California, one of the richest of the Côte d'Azur, making it an ideal vacation spot. The Magnificent Villa was built in 1871 and has since been restored to include modern amenities and ultimate comfort, including a private underground nightclub. The traditional elements of the villa have been preserved, including marble, fireplaces and columns, which bring culture to this unique property.
The main floor of Villa La Magnifique has high ceilings and spacious living areas. The main lounge has two seating areas with comfortable sofas and armchairs. The dining room table is nearby and can comfortably accommodate 12 people. The large French doors offer guests spectacular views from the main reception and access to the main terrace. The large fully equipped kitchen is also on the main floor. A large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and maid is available on the main floor as well as three spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
An oversized marble staircase leads to the first floor. Guests can relax in the library or Churchill Lounge, which serves as a video game room or reading room. Two more spacious bedrooms can be found on this floor with en suite bathroom. One offers spectacular views of the main floor terrace. Room 7 is located in this same wing but has an independent access. Acting as a small apartment, there is a kitchen, two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and bunk beds. Children and families especially tend to enjoy this suite. An eighth bedroom with en suite bathroom is also available in an annex located away from the house, has a separate kitchen and is ideal for teens or staff. Please inquire about the 7th and 8th rooms.
At the bottom of the house, a studio, well equipped, with independent kitchen and bathroom, can accommodate three additional people in single beds (ideal for young people or staff).
In the guest villa, there are 2 bedrooms with private bathroom and air conditioning. On the right side of the main house, there is a guest apartment with 2 additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom. At the bottom of the house there is a well equipped studio, with an independent kitchen and a bathroom, which can accommodate three additional people in single beds (ideal for young people or staff).
The garden is divided into several different levels. A large heated pool is one of the main attractions with the sauna and an elevated hot tub. All levels face the sea and guests who spend time there can enjoy the soothing sounds of the nearby small waterfall. A solarium and a fitness area covered by a pergola are also available. Guests who want to dine under the roof, but enjoy the sounds of the sea, can do it in the summer dining room next to the house, with a summer kitchen and barbecue.
Visitors who want to go out of Villa La Magnifique for a few hours have plenty of options in the surrounding area. Mouré Rouge Beach is just a 5-minute walk away and offers various water activities. La Croisette and its famous promenade are also within walking distance and offer many amenities.
