Ground floor: Living/dining room with bench, TV. Bay window overlooking the terrace and garden. Fitted kitchen: microwave, gas hob: 3 burners and 1 electric plate, fridge/freezer compartment, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric coffee maker. Room with washing machine and access to WC.
First floor (wooden floor): 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed and storage cupboard. 1 adjoining bedroom with 3 90cm beds leading to: 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed and private bathroom: washbasin, shower cabin, toilet. 2nd bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, toilet.
1 parking for 1 car and garage for storage. City gas heating.
Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.
Deposit: €450 to be paid on site
Charges: Gas included from June to early October / additional (based on meter reading) outside this period
