- A 10 m² terrace equipped with a small table and chairs with a view of the Sainte-Victoire. This terrace is designed for smokers or to enjoy the sunny days, but is not suitable for lunch if you are more than two people.
The courtyard adjoining the terrace is used as a car park and shared with the owners.
